Steve Williams
Steve Williams is an experienced safety professional with over 20 years experience in various industries including engineering, manufacturing, energy generation and networks, transport and construction. He has extensive experience in the mining industry and has successfully trained over 1500 coal miners in Australia and New Zealand in risk management awareness and risk assessment facilitation through AQF accredited training. He has facilitated hundreds of risk assessments, both operational and strategic, in a wide range of industries. He has facilitated and led a number of incident investigations, from minor incidents to fatalities and business incidents costing many millions of dollars, in a range of settings. Steve has a practical, strategic and solutions focussed approach to training and facilitation and draws from years of experience in occupational health and safety and risk management.

Matt Galvin is an experienced business consultant with over ten years experience in various consultant and management positions across multiple industries. Russel Skilleter
Russel has in excess of 30 years extensive and practical 'hands-on' experience in applying the principles and practices of OHS and risk management at a senior management level across a diverse range of industry and government sectors. Russel's professional experience has been gained in a number of complex National & International multidisciplinary, multi-siloed organisations undergoing significant change management. He has held senior management positions in the building & construction, retail, glass manufacturing, industrial & medical gases, & consumer goods & food sectors.
Over the last 7 years, he has worked directly for a number of large Corporate organisation's SHE Board Committees providing professional advice and mentoring services to Board and executive management in regards to their due diligence and corporate governance obligations. Russel has also held an appointment at the University of Ballarat (VIOSH Australia) as a Senior Teaching Fellow for over 14 years, and he specialises in the development and delivery of stimulating learning activities.
